This channel is exclusively dedicated to reporting legal breaches by the organization or its members, under the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption.

What are considered regulatory breaches?
Without being exclusive or limiting, these are considered:

- - Money laundering
- - Tax evasion or avoidance
- - Intellectual or industrial property crimes
- - Unfair competition
- - Crimes against the market or consumers
- - Internal corruption
- - Irregularities with Social Security or Tax Agency
- - Non-compliance with data protection regulations
- - Embezzlement
- - Crimes against the environment and public health
- - Violation of workers' rights
Some of the situations that could be reported through this channel are:
- possible conduct and behaviors considered illegal in work performance,
- alleged lucrative management of company resources,
- situations of discrimination or sexual abuse,
- corruption practices, theft, fraud, etc.
Who can submit a report?
Any person in the company and those external individuals who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.
How can I submit a report?
It can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person following the steps indicated in the confidential complaints Channel form. Additionally, the report can be anonymous.
How will the report be processed?
It will be processed ensuring confidentiality and prohibition of retaliation against the reporting person.
What principles assist the reporting person?
The internal reporting system includes guarantees of confidentiality, non-retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, communications secrecy, and proper practices for monitoring, investigation, and protection of the reporting person.
