• With each purchase, customers will accumulate points (1 point=1€) worth 5% of the purchase amount on their Majoral Friends card.
• The accumulated value can be discounted on the next purchase, up to a maximum of 25% of the purchase value.
• The customer can choose how many accumulated points/euros on the card they want to use.
• Accumulated points are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

This customer loyalty program (hereinafter, "MAJORAL FRIENDS") is promoted and organized by Enric Majoral, S.L., with registered office at Zamora 91-95 s/at 3, with Tax ID ESB-60982311 and is subject to the general conditions contained in this document (hereinafter, the "General Conditions").

2.1) The Majoral Loyalty Program (MAJORAL FRIENDS) is exclusively directed to people (CUSTOMERS) who meet the requirements established in these General Conditions and adhere to it according to the provisions in section 2.

2.2) Adherence to the Majoral Loyalty Program will imply full acceptance without reservations by the Customer of these General Conditions and will not be bound by any other condition. The fact that Enric Majoral, S.L. does not apply any of these General Conditions on any occasion does not imply that it waives its right to demand compliance with any of these conditions.

2.3) The application of the Majoral Loyalty Program is limited to Majoral Own Stores (as these terms are defined below) located in Spain.

2.4) Adherence to the Majoral Loyalty Program and obtaining the MAJORAL FRIENDS Card.

The individual consumer who has made a purchase in a Majoral Store* on the same day will have the right to join the Majoral Loyalty Program (MAJORAL FRIENDS). In any case, those individuals who have a solid relationship as customers of Majoral Stores may have the right to join the Majoral Loyalty Program without the need to make any purchase, which will be at the discretion of Enric Majoral, S.L. staff.

Enric Majoral, S.L. reserves the right to verify the age of those who wish to join the Majoral Loyalty Program, so parental or guardian permission may be requested at any time to confirm their approval for the participation of those under 18 years of age in this program. Likewise, the Loyalty Card of the person who does not confirm their age will be deactivated, without this person having the right to receive any compensation, or to redeem any of the points they may have.

2.4.1) For the purposes of these General Conditions, a Majoral Store (whether singular or plural, as appropriate) means any establishment open to the public in Spain, whether street-level or within a shopping center, that sells jewelry items under the Majoral trade name and sign.

2.4.2) The Customer's adherence to the Majoral Loyalty Program will be made by completing and signing the membership application for the indicated program (hereinafter, the "Membership Application"), and will entitle the Customer to obtain the Majoral Loyalty Card and become its holder, in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions. Once the application is completed, the Customer will receive a Majoral Loyalty Card.

The validity of the Majoral Friends Loyalty Card will be indefinite, unless terminated by the customer.

The Majoral stores where you can request and exclusively use the MAJORAL FRIENDS card are:

5.1) Points accumulation: The Majoral Loyalty Card (MAJORAL FRIENDS) allows its holder, upon presentation, to accumulate 5% of the purchase value (1€=1 point) in Majoral Stores, from the day of the Customer's registration in the Majoral Loyalty Program. This accumulation of points is in any case subject to their use, as established in the MAJORAL FRIENDS Points and Benefits section.

5.2) The MAJORAL FRIENDS Card is not a means of payment. Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for money or products.

5.3) The points balance will be automatically updated, keeping the points for 24 months after the purchase date. After 24 months, they will be canceled.

5.4) To exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, the Customer must contact Enric Majoral, S.L. by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt and a photocopy of their ID to the following address: Enric Majoral, S.L Zamora 91-95, s/at 3a 08018 Barcelona

5.5) Loss of MAJORAL FRIENDS Card: If you have lost your Card, you can continue accumulating purchases without needing to present the card at checkout. You only need to provide your details at the time of purchase and request another card at your usual Majoral Store.

These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation, with both Enric Majoral, S.L. and Customers submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Customer's city of residence, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
