If you wish, you can also split your purchases with the Alma system, you will find information next to the product details and you can select this payment method in your shopping cart.

- Simply enter your card details as with a traditional payment
- Your application validation is instant
- You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and a reminder email 3 days before each subsequent charge
Conditions
- This type of payment is available for all orders between 300€ and 2.000€
- Accepted cards are those issued in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and Belgium, including debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex
- Pre-paid, virtual, or automatic authorization cards are not accepted (e.g., Revolut or N26)

Due to Majoral's commitment to sustainable production and our artisanal manufacturing process, orders usually take approximately 3 working days to ship, unless jewelry customization is needed, in which case you will be duly informed.

To which countries do you ship?
Majoral offers shipping service worldwide.
Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances will Majoral be responsible for or cover the fees that must be paid in each country to import purchased products.
My piece has arrived damaged. What can I do?
If due to any shipping incident your piece doesn't arrive in good condition, please contact us at info@majoral.com providing your order number and images of the damaged piece, and we will inform you how to proceed.
